Short rules for a fair register.

Parimukti is an open register where teachers and practitioners of yoga, breathwork, reiki, somatic work, meditation, massage and related practices list themselves and their training. Nothing on Parimukti is medical or health advice, and a listing makes no health claim or promise of results. Listing will be a one-time payment for a lifetime listing, with no annual fees. Founding listings are not open yet. We do not accredit schools, we do not certify teachers, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Yoga Alliance or any other body. Other organisations' names are used only to refer to them.
A Verified label means we confirmed a certificate with its issuing school, or checked it against its own details, on the date and by the method shown. It is a statement about that certificate only, at that date. It is not an endorsement of the teacher, of the quality of their teaching, or a licence to teach or practise. A certificate we could not confirm stays Self-declared. That is not a finding that it is false.
Write from your official school domain and quote the teacher name, course and year. We do not act on mail from other addresses. Please confirm only what is true. We may record that you confirmed it, with the date.
A Pro mini-site is an optional extra page for a listed practitioner. It costs EUR 99 per year (or the rupee equivalent for payments in India) and extends your permanent listing; it never replaces it. The Pro page is live for each year you pay. If you do not renew, the Pro page goes offline when the paid period ends and visitors are sent to your listing, which stays on the register as before. You can ask us to take the Pro page down at any time. What you put on your Pro page must be true and yours to use, and the rules for listings above apply to it too. We may take down a Pro page that breaks them. Refunds follow the law that applies to you; write to us within 14 days of paying if you change your mind.
Anyone can ask us to correct or remove a listing, or report content that is false, infringing or unlawful, through this form. We review each request and reply by email. Copyright complaints should name the work, show where it appears on our site, and say who owns it. We remove content we are legally required to remove, and listings that break these terms.
Do not copy the register in bulk, send spam through our forms, impersonate anyone, or try to break or overload the site.
We work to keep the register accurate, but we provide it as is. Listings are written by teachers and a Verified label is limited as described above. Check a teacher yourself before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made from what appears on the register, or for indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Panaji, Goa have jurisdiction, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
